i learn my lesson on the first pause abuse ban but since then, i have behaved and it is almost one month now. the other bands were invalid and got unbanned i do not deserve these 2 bans in my banhistory i hope u can help me clear it

What kind of abuse: ban

Explanation: this user abused his power and banned me because his request in forum to have me banned for spoiling was denied. I was immediately unbanned by deelps but this is unacceptable, he has ruined my banhistory.

I request to have his ban removed in my history and have this user warned for abusing his power.

he already reported me and it got denied because i wasn't spoiling the game, he also tried reporting me via a dummy account

I never accused him of racism, yet he decided to show the chatlogs here because he knows there isn't proof i was spoiling the game so he tries to use this racism excuse to have me banned, well then should you be banned as well based on those screenshots? Oreo?

if you want to go to the direction of being racist ingame, because you know you can't have me banned for spoiling, then we can go there

He even reported me with a new account called DeII018 (same id of a player from that game who was from Philippines)

he made that account to let u know that enemy team reported me when it clearly is Oreo and not the sk from that game based on his gamelogs. How sly can a person be :)

I advise staff to review replay, and check if i was spoiling because i was trying my best to win.  i don't want this VIP to abuse his powers just because he lost a game 

he knows i am good player but what can i do if some other player doesn't want to let me solo mid? it would be a different outcome if i was solo and we would win the game easy instead he accuse me of being friends with the enemy mid. check the replay i was carefully farming items and not feeding,  all my teammates farming nc which means i have to show in map or try kill some heroes, its common sense.

ur screenshots make no sense,  in the game you flamed indians and silencer mid instead of me.

i didn't do anything to spoil the game and this guy makes false accusation that me and storm are friends when i don't know that person at all. he reported me before but the staff banned the other user instead of me because he knows i wasn't spoiling the game. if he thinks i was feeding then refer to his score as void 1-9, does that count as spoiling also oreo? check the gameplay because i played normal and farmed items. 

all accusations,  i was the huskar that game. at what point was it intentional feeding when storm keeps jumping me the whole game.? and u mention that storm is my friend. do u have proof that i know that player? this user is clearly the Void player in my team.

if i was feeding storm i could make the same argument for u feeding 1-9 at the game. so more deaths = feeding. and playing 2 mid is also counted as spoiling? the silencer was banned for blocking me 3 times and i died. 

please also review the user who reported me, (i know it is Oreo). u can see the gamelogs they are flaming the silencer whole game for not letting me mid and he even banned him after the game for spoiling. review the replay and check if it is intentional feed because u are 1-9 at that game as well :)

reason: first i would like to apologize for not reading the rules about the pause abuse. my opponent killed me first blood and paused to trashtalk so i got angry when we started winning i killed him and paused as well. i had a bay day already that day so i play dota to relax but find trashtalk opponent. please clear my banhistory it is my only offense for past 3 year sir, thank u
