As explained by the staff for the reason of banning you can take the reason as valid or invalid that's up to you. Not everyone is perfect at judging/making decisions mistakes can happen from anyone but that doesn't mean you continue posting the same report/reason again & again. As per the request of the user & along with the PH community peoples I have decided to lift of your previous bans & let you have the this chance to be back in the client & play. 1st of all it was me who was using that account to play so I’m not VIP or paid vip etc.. 2nd I don’t see any insults on the provided chats as you can some are being used as private chats some to team. 3rd whatever happens in the game should stay in the game once it’s over everything should be over as well but you decided to mock & abuse me in “Public Channel” that’s why you earned yourself a ban & as for the ban reason you already know what you need to do. Basically he had logged in 2 of his accounts so when his account KenZ神 was banned his other account was still active in (Asia) Public therefor his account KenZ神 was kicked from the channel after getting banned but his other account which was still active in the channel didn't got kicked out since that account was not banned, that's why he was still able to play in the channel.
