Explain: * I would like to kindly request a review of my recent ban and, if appropriate, the removal of this ban from my history.
Due to the recent earthquake activity in the Philippines, we have been experiencing unstable electricity and internet outages. During my most recent game, the power unexpectedly went out, which caused me to disconnect from the match. Unfortunately, I was then automatically banned by the autoban system.
However, according to the forum rules regarding disconnects:
Disconnect
Dropped users will be banned after a specific number of disconnections from recent games (5 times per month).
Disconnect chance count is reset on the first day of every month.
Based on my records, this was only my second disconnect this month, so I am unsure why the autoban was triggered.
I would also like to point out that if you review my game history, you will see that I do not have a habit of leaving games and have never been banned for intentionally quitting. In fact, in the game where I disconnected, our team was winning, so there was no reason for me to leave voluntarily.
I respectfully ask that you review the situation and, if possible, remove this ban from my history as the disconnect was caused by circumstances beyond my control.
