Banning for a reason of spoiling and refusing to defend but I don't intentionally do that. My mother just gave an errand that time and I've decided to do it while i'm waiting my hero to respawn, I just underestimated the time that I will consume while I'm doing that errand so I AFK'd for an extra 1 minute and 38 seconds after my respawn time. I've been playing here on RGC for more than 2 years now so I know two options that I can do whenever I wanted not to play anymore.
#1. I can just type an !ff command.
#2. I know that this is prohibited but I can disconnect intentionally so I will not be banned because disconnection is not bannable but I didn't do that because I don't want to lose a game that easy.

I have 715 games in PH with a stats of 3k+ points, 68% winrate, and 1% disconnects so how come that I will just AFK and spoil a game? I'm maintaining my winrate, I don't want to lose a game that easily. You can also check my ban history and before ILOILO banned me this day, I only have only one ban from CAI because of disrespecting her. I don't get ban from spoiling a game because in the first place, I'm not a spoiler contradictory to what ILOILO is accusing me. 

Just a common sense, why would I throw or spoil a game knowing that there is a PH Staff in my game and I know that one wrong move will result to a ban especially to me because I’ve reported CAI twice which is another PH senior staff and also a close friend of ILOILO.

I'm requesting for a counter ban for ILOILO because of banning me with an inappropriate reason and in the same game where he banned me of being a spoiler, he intentionally not use his spell to save me. In this game (http://parser.rankedgaming.com/replay.php?replay=1610099894), his hero is Dazzle.
At 22:30 (actual in-game time), He didn't use shallow grave that resulted to my instant death. I know that his shallow grave that time is only level 3 but that already has 850 cast range so I know that he can use that if he wants to save me. Me (Obsidian Destroyer) and Terrorblade have a huge difference of item and level that time but I decided to fight him because I trusted Dazzle (ILOILO) that he will use shallow grave to me. 

At 24:13 (actual in-game time), I've decided to fight because I know that Dazzle is near & he can use his grave but again, he didn't use it. I don't want to think that he is doing it intentionally but he has done that twice. I will attach screenshots in this post so you can see the maximum cast range of a level 3 shallow grave. I will use the same spots in our actual game. Dazzle is one of ILOILO's favorite heroes so I think that he knows what are the capabilities of his here and what things should he do in team fights. Just a brief background, I've reported his close friend CAI twice who is also a PH staff and I think that that is the reason why he is doing these to me.

This report is denied because RGC staffs are not banning trash talks in-game whether it is racism or not because there is a "MUTE" option. I just want to understand why is public channels trash talks especially racism is bannable while in-game racism is not? Because there is a "MUTE" option they said but there is also an "IGNORE" option in public channels. It's great if you can also explain the reason behind here so other players can also understand because this post is public and they can also see your reasoning here. It can also prevent future reports like the report I made back then with CAI if you can explain the reason properly here.

I will also attach screenshots in this post (The screenshots are in Tagalog but I can translate it to English if you want). I know that trash talks are not bannable in-game even if it is racism but ILOILO is not just an ordinary player. He is a PH Staff. He has a job to maintain peace and order here in RGC but what if he is the one promoting it? This also applies to CAI. I don't have any more issues with CAI, I'm just making a point here. Nowadays there are many RGC DOTA 1 streamers, what if staffs played with a streamer with a huge amount of followers/viewers and they keep trashtalking and being racist in-game because they know it is not bannable?  Public viewers will see their behavior and it will reflect to RGC. Yes there is a mute command but what if they didn't use that command. 

This is not the first time that ILOILO banned without an appropriate reason. Here is the link of the first report.

That report was on September 03, 2020. It's January 08 ,2021 now so being a newbie is not a reason anymore.

Reason: She always keep saying "stupid pinoy/bolivian", "noob pinoy/bolivian", "retard pinoy/bolivian", and many other racist words towards Filipino and Bolivian players. She also said that she respects foreigners but not Pinoys. I know that trash talking is just a part of a game but I think that there are limits in trash talking.

If ever that this report will be denied or closed, please explain the reason to me properly or else I will jump into the conclusion that being racist in game is valid. 

I just reviewed a small portion of CAI's games and I already found many racist trash talks towards other players especially Filipino players.

Here is the penalization standards in PH channel.

✘Racial discrimination and abuses towards family are not tolerated.
➪ Racism & Insults: Racial insults and flames towards family in public lobby are banned for 5d as 1st offence & after that duration will be doubled depending upon the staff's discretion(comp / client ban can be applied if necessary). In-game flames can be !muted.

I don't think that calling her an "idiot" is a racial insult or flame towards her family. 5 days ban is more than enough. She is abusing her authority on being a staff.
