As we know, Rgc has no many good players left some of them went to D2, some grown old and some just play Pub games as we do. @Teshin @sunshine___ @HueHueHue- etc. There is no good open league for gaming. Eu higher is not European anymore, DownTown is closed since 2015. (the time when we left Dota1) 

dota.player_ made a mistakes but however we are all humans, in our nature is to break rules. On my opinion he should be removed from Blacklist but as Hook said "Ban him for having rgds" it's simple. 

Open good league for us in Europe, or just re-open, invest some money on prizes and you'll see how Rgc will grow up again. More and more players flame admins and leaving Rgc, I saw posts on forum.
