Around 38th minute he got angry, sold all his items, bought 50 wards, stayed afk on fontain for 5+ min

Dear Mr. NdamuKonG, I did read the rules and here is a copy of it:

    #7.5    !open command can be used only for specific reasons such as:

  1- AFKer (no !ready at least for 2 minutes passed from lobby time) for direct voting to kick

  2 - high ping / very low point / scored player

You used “open” command on me for no reason, regarding my side of story.
You just wanted the slot for your friend “XpF.Marshall”.
Its not hard to politely ask for it, there is no valid reason to abuse powers.

There is not point of playing and having rules if administrators, moderators or global paid ranks don't respect them.
Rgc will just crash by itself. 
Rules are for everyone and we all have to respect them.

 I was in normal (EU) Public game, he kicked me for no reason, and this is power abuse…as I know he cant use this because its not his private game. This is not his first time abusing, it's sad no one is respecting rules and many players are leaving rgc because of this.
