- The first reason is that from the very beginning of the game, you took all the creeps on the Bot T3 position from the player who has a (Hard-Carry) hero, thereby preventing him from getting EXP and Gold, just think if you were in his position.

Rationale: By checking replay of the game, I noticed that the player did not commit to much offense to be banned as Gameruiner/Spoiler, most of the time of the game, the player played "normally", i.e. he did not commit any Gameruin on purpose. The reason for the players' frustration towards a certain player from their team is precisely because his teammate, with his provocations and using (Spam-Blink on MiniMap, Spam-!Drop command) several times during the game, such behavior can lead a certain player to commit some kind of Gameruin, however, the reported player did not do that, he tried to play "alone" for the last 15 minutes of the game. There are certainly more reasons why this is not enough for a ban, but there is no need to list all the reasons. 

I will also warn you not to do things like (Spam-!Drop command in game, Spam-Blink on MiniMap) because that is also a violation.
