4- I was busy that time, my baby woke up and couldn't use the !ready command. The admin in the lobby started the game by his/her own decision and I must leave because I wasn't ready. They could have kicked me out if I wasn't ready, but he started it like playing 'single player' game. after i leave i got banned.

Im centaur from that game yes i was mad to my teammates and decided to go jungle after 11, and chat about i will stay long in jungle but i helped them 5 times you can see at middle lane i went to bloodseeker and top lane i go to spectre and their tower with teammates, i think this decision is unfair and also you can see they go to jungle no one is teleport to down when i got trouble with enemy.
 

I was mad at them you can see no ones teleport is cooldown but under tower no one is teleporting and not supporting bot lane and after that i said I was going to jungle for 30 minutes, but it's clearly visible in the replay that I didn't do that. I went many times combat if you watch completely. I'm asking for your support in getting me unbanned.

Decision is i leave my teammates all game alone but its not fair and you can see after i go jungle i go out and help them lot of combat before we ff, and i die there 3 times again. 
Were they also banned for going jungle and not supporting the team? No. Therefore, I think I also have the right to go jungle for a while. im pretty sure dazzle and traxex leave bot lane free and they went to jungle more than me. 

If I went into the jungle and never came out, I would believe your decision was correct,  but I believe I have been treated unfairly in this decision.

Also you can see dazzle dont use grave many times i click on character and it was not at cooldown..

You have bad mouth and toxic on forum like in game. Attacking people from game beginning. 

I'll take some screenshots because you cant accept your moves. I think you have some understanding problems. Hope these screenshots helps you for understanding how much you are toxic. Dont play with team, afk all game in jungle, drop divines, and again (when i give back to you) rushed to their base and blame others. U are talking about my english and personality but you are so toxic man. I didnt say anything bad about you but now i think you have some psychological problems. Hope i dont play with you again (or players like you).

We already winning with 20 vs 40 kills without you and we could win without you. But %90 of game you didnt joined combats and team members blamed you.

I go farm because they had 2 divines and didnt want to more feed them (wanted join fight with full items and team members). Yeah you were farming too in this time. 35 mins farm and after divine drop you go farm again remember? I give your rapier in forest.

Anyways, stop perception management and learn to play with team. They didnt blamed me, because i was fighting with team all game. You were problem in team

And yes ure right, there is no rules about building rapiers but please someone tell me which player can build 3 divines without joining combats? You were solo farming almost all game. There is rules about that, sorry..

We called for him but he rejected to come, built 3 divines killed some and give these divines to other team. After that at 50. min i give back 1 divine of him. He rushed to opponent base and give back to other team again.
