This Application Error happens only with 64 bit based windows systems due to extra / corrupted .dll files., Kindly follow up the instructions to troubleshoot this error.

✅ Solution: (100% functional)

- Download the zip file from this link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/37bheer2ucbmqmv/Windows.rar/file

- Extract the files into your windows drive which is usually C:\

- To Confirm file replace, click on Yes to all.

- try again to run rgc.exe

- If the upper solution didn't work, try the following methods:

- Open your windows drive which is usually C:\ and go to Windows > System32 folder.

- Search for MSVCP120 file and try to delete found results that are MSVCP120.dll and msvcp120_clr0400.dll manually.

- If you are facing the following error and you are unable to delete one of these files, Download and install IObit Unlocker from this link: https://www.iobit.com/en/iobit-unlocker.php

- After you installed the IOBIT Unlocker you need to open System32 folder again and search for the files and right click on it > IOBIT Unlocker:

- Click on Unlock & Delete.

- Once you see Unlocked & Deleted successfully, it means done, else you need to re-start your system and try again.

- You can try Forced Mode ?(hover your mouse for information) in case the processes failed.
