20:13 → They just thought its not worth trying to fight next to the enemy's T1 tower. (Normal)

29:20 → Brew casts Drunken Haze on tidehunter ( yes he used scan before but theres no way he would know where tide would be) (MH)

30:20 → QoP 1 minute ago ulted on ursa, cause ursa went to farm neutral camp instead of going base ( ursa was low hp). Because of that it was obvious there was an ward there, yet the place he put the sentry was kinda sus( Suspicious )

Final decision : MH, Brew following Tide as if he knew where he would be was the most MH move from this replay. Also the way he moved from doom at 23:29 is highly suspicious. Not to mention he has a history of being MH banned before.
