It increases XP after you play a game but the main function is on the client

If you look closely , on RGC next to your profile is your XP Level and XP Dial which is used for RGC Shop to get you the type of chest that your level has

If you see for example admins and their nickname + global 4900 and some number in white on a silver background , it is their XP Level on RGC

Purpose of it is for chest collection at Rewards in RGC Shop

I respect the thought and the idea and I agree with the point that those map versions are real / raw dota 1

Nevertheless , we are not the ones who decide which map version is best for the client , such decision goes toward higher RGC Officials and RGC Administrators who decide which map is being played

I saw that Thais use 6.85k dota 1 version which is nostalgic and brings back core memories of past gaming 

However , dota is a game that evolves too and the development is also an important part of it , as even in IceFrog dota 1 era , the map got continiously developed 

Overall I would say that the core thought is nice / worthy , downside of it is that is shifts back to the old timeline and wastes development from its developers

Player skrewi (Drow Ranger) played regularly until minute 15 , then he decided to lock himself into forest from min 15 to 39 (end of the game). There is no problem about farming , but there is problem about leaving your team (Ogre , Omniknight , Magina , Shadow Fiend) to battle 4v5 for almost 25 minutes while saving 13k gold in your inventory , just so you can “buy” items (Maybe he is saving the gold for the next 5 games , who knows…)

Apparently , as I fought with my other 3 allies , min 39 I still saw my Drow Ranger battling neutral creeps with saved 13k gold in his inventory , where he had only dragon lance and mask of death , the same items from the min 15 , till the end of the game , refusing to help / play with us / elaborate further

All he did be4 was that he barely gusted the enemy Ember Spirit at midlane at tier 2 tower whom I killed , rest he didnt care , he just afk farm forest , didnt come out , didnt help , didnt try to win the game , refused to play with his team

In case of reporting such behavior , you need to upload the replay for it , otherwise the topic will be denied

Seems like flaming my mother in private messages and calling me a dog didnt make it out of the ban :( → you can ask your staffs 220 aka Windfucker_de or NoLimited for translation if you dont believe me

I dont care about you nor I hate you , you ruined my game and I reported you even 1 year ago when you ruined it with mortred , now you came back with the Storm to do the same shit you did while ago

A player from the same game confirmed my report and the staff made it even clear with more details but you cant get over it as far as I am concerned

You can ask Snow / Mine / Frost to personally watch your movement , statline from Storm Spirit played by you 1/2/0 says more than enough in 35+ min game where I did 40+ kills on my other account Death as Axe and gave you free win just so you can flame and ruin

Learn to play with others and learn that if you want to play Storm , you go to midlane and you roam heroes with your abilities and not zip from camp to camp

You played everything in that game but DotA 1 

You got your chances but you kept ruining continiously , I even warned you in the game once , I wont repeat myself , you wont play with my nerves and time

I played Axe this game and the stefanprotv player picked Storm Spirit. There is nothing wrong about him going lane with Storm , except that he used Storm Spirit and its abilities to only battle neutral creeps until (almost! ) the end of the game , refusing to play with the team and refusing to help / roam / play the game on purpose

All he did from min 0 to 33 is farming neutrals in woods and doing ball lightnings from camp to camp , he didnt even bother to come with orchid to do kills and play the game

His stat line at the end is (1/2/0) which proves that he didnt do a single assist or single roam in the game , not even trying to kill enemy , just refusing to play the game which is antigaming → his first kill came at the min 33 randomly , he killed sf at the top lane , rest of the game he farmed neutrals and didnt care about anything else

Explain your situation : Player ABO..YAZAN decided to ruin the game by blocking the own allied wood camps with sentries , starting with game time at minute 15 , also destroyed bounty runes and runes overall so that the team loses quickier. There were situations where he was mini-afk and didnt help his team on purpose , rather decided to block his own camps with sentries and follow players and steal their farm → everything happened from the minute 15 (game-time) onwards

Hi everyone , MostHatedPlayer here 

I will take a look at Defussion`s first points from the original topic and I think these 3 moments are quite obvious and shows the crystal clear image of this case

Moment Number 1 : 20:05 (Maphack)

Here we have low hp Storm ball lightning over remote mines and avoiding them totally. In the background we have Goblin Techies who is awaiting to unleash them , since on the Cliff he placed both Observer / Sentry Ward and entire Sentinels team sees Storm killing the small camp there and afterwards placing Observer Ward

Storm Spirit avoided perfectly the remote mines Techies placed there and there are only 2 explanations

1. Storm Spirit knows where are Mines located (highly doubtful)
2. Storm Spirit sees Techies placing Remote Mines and since they have short cooldown , long deployment duration with Goblin Techies facing up the Remote Mines , its simplier to know exact location where is he going to place these Mines. Remote Mines therefore dont have long deploy range even with Aether Lens in Inventory

As we see on the replay , Storm walked exactly to the mines and in the brink of time he used Ball Lightning to cover entire distance of the mines , passing them successfully (out of nowhere) and instead of dying , Storm survived and healed himself on his shrine. Sentinels team had vision , Storm didnt have any and Techies was ready to unleash these mines on Storm

Moment Number 2 : 30:03 (Maphack)

Here we have Rikimaru at top lane farming.  Rikimaru sees that the Storm and Oracle are on the midlane and if he clicked on hero (probably did to check items and current mana points of Storm) , he saw Storm dangerous with Bloodstone , Orchid and Hex and around 600 mana which is not enough to reach Rikimaru wherever he decided to farm. Firstly we got Rikimaru going for the two Furbolgs in the furthest Scourge camp on the top and we see Storm walking on the midlane next to Oracle. Since having high mana regeneration through mentioned items above , Storm quickly got to 1500 current mana points which is (probably) enough for him to snipe whomever he sees on the map...so he decided its time to kill the invisible Rikimaru , hardest target of them all. Of course , again , Rikimaru had Sentry + Observer Ward (Techies placed it) on the Cliff in the Middle of the Scourge`s Forest and again same scenario , Storm had zero vision over Rikimaru , no wards / anything and with the empower of the Arcane Rune , he went to utilize his combos and in the straight line (under the upper Ancient camp of the Scourge) he went in straight line towards Rikimaru and he didnt manage to hit Rikimaru with upcoming damage from Ball Lightning  and upon arrival Storm literally used Dust of Appearance + Orchid directly on the Rikimaru , killing him as Rikimaru had no chance of surviving this one.
The question here is : How does Storm exactly know where is an invisible hero heading and in which location is he farming exactly? Pretty obvious answer.

Moment Number 3 : 42:08 (Maphack)

Here we have a chase featuring Storm , who has vision on the Cliff from the Sentinels part of the Forest where Oracle placed both Sentry + Observer Ward. In this situation we got Oracle (who is far far away from Storm) who has 2 naked inventory slots and no blink dagger , so he cant do anything to Rikimaru or help Storm chase Rikimaru as he has no wards / dust and force staff provides short distance push which doesnt help much in this case. Storm has the vision for brief moment of time over Rikimaru, since he sees Rikimaru in front of him (direction of the Storm`s position) and Rikimaru tried to confuse Storm with Manta Style (went unsuccessfully) , but Rikimaru used Tricks of the Trade to give him slight edge so he has the chance to escape (for now). To mention , there was Pit Lord next to the Storm and Pit Lord`s ability , Pit of Malice can root Rikimaru and reveal his invisibility and hinder him using Blink Strike / Tricks of the Trade Abilities. That wasnt the case here as Pit Lord decided to go to Sentinels bottom lane and push (as everyone was dead except for Rikimaru). Later on we see that Storm Spirit and Rikimaru went in opposite directions , Storm followed Pit Lord for the brief time and Rikimaru decided to go into opposite direction , hoping that he can escape and teleport out as he had TP ready. Afterwards we got Storm Ball Lightning exactly into the place where Rikimaru was hiding , without any brink of a vision , since Storm was 6 slotted , Oracle / Pit Lord had no wards available and there wasnt anything placed by anyone (no Scan either). There we see Storm deciding to roll like a real panda towards exact location where was Rikimaru , killing him directly in the process.

For me personally , pretty obvious case , nothing much to add more or less , the chances are 90% > 10 % in terms of Maphack Scenario

The opinion is pretty non-biased as I played against this user so many games and I know this user for years now , the games which you can check are on both Admin Panel / Youtube
