The problem is not with the staff, the problem is you. You say you're being targeted but by looking at your banhistory every ban has a valid reason attached to it along with evidence. So simply if you were also to make an report in forum of users ruining, leaving or abusing etc.. obviously action will be taken against them accordingly. Also just because you purchased something in RGC doesn't gives you the right/permission to go around & start being racist. Racism is neither entertained nor it'll be tolerated in the client. If you feel you're being targeted by the staff you can report the staff along with valid proofs of the staff abusing you & if it's confirmed immediate actions will be taken against the staff.

There is a vase difference between trashtalking/abusing in-game & in public channels. In-game trashtalking/abusing usually is normal as players tend to get aggressive/excited & that's why players are advised to use mute command but in public channels we can't do that nor we can allow it as well. Hundreds of users will be present in the channel & among them staffs/rgc admin's would be there as well & when users abuse in public channels it'll be like they're not respecting the platform nor the rules & regulations therefor when any users violates the channel rules they'll be kicked 1st as an warning(depends on the situation & circumstances) & if repeated again it'll lead  them to ban. So after my explanation here you probably should know why you're banned & for what reasons regarding about the user bypassing he was long unbanned & given a chance to be back again in the platform so the user isn't listed as bypasser.
