There doesn't seems to be any sort of advance ban issued on your account, either you login without using vpn or if you're trying to login/play from shop try resetting the ISP issued in the shop. And if that still doesn't work then I suggest you start listing out all your old accounts so that we can look into it & try find out the problem.

My judgement is based on the report & evidence presented here, the reported user claims are all true, each of the ban issued by the user has legit ban reasons along with evidence attached to it. And as for kicking/swapping we all know 1500 & above have no restrictions to that. And now to be fair for the community users in RGC, user shall be warned that sharing account is strictly prohibited as the ones who are using might misuse the access of the global rank & if the user fails to comply with this warning user shall face severe consequences.

This doesn't seems to be your 1st time being banned for those reasons, each time you get banned you post for unban request & your ban gets lifted & maybe that's the reason why you don't seem to learn from your mistakes. As per seen from your histories you have been given multiple times of chances but yet you're still repeating the same mistakes again & again. If you think Dota 1 is a corrupted game in this client then I suggest you find another platform to play which will be suitable for you & your internet speed etc..

And as for your unban your ban shall not be lifted, you shall serve the ban period till the given time. And lastly if you're found/reported abusing pause command for your personal reason/issue you shall no longer be welcomed in the client which means your ban type shall no longer be channel ban it'll be server ban & the duration is not fixed.

Your case is already have solved so my suggestion it's better for you to stop making fuss over something which will not gain you anything. As explained by the staff for the reason of banning you can take the reason as valid or invalid that's up to you. Not everyone is perfect at judging/making decisions mistakes can happen from anyone but that doesn't mean you continue posting the same report/reason again & again. As per the request of the user & along with the PH community peoples I have decided to lift of your previous bans & let you have the this chance to be back in the client & play. But as mentioned above by my colleague if you're found causing troubles or using any sorts of illegal software in the client again you shall be permanently banned from the client, therefor make good use of this 2nd chance you have got & try not to waste it.

1st of all it was me who was using that account to play so I’m not VIP or paid vip etc.. 2nd I don’t see any insults on the provided chats as you can some are being used as private chats some to team. 3rd whatever happens in the game should stay in the game once it’s over everything should be over as well but you decided to mock & abuse me in “Public Channel” that’s why you earned yourself a ban & as for the ban reason you already know what you need to do. Ban is not going to be lifted till I don’t get my sincere/decent apology thread & also the more you delay with the apology thread the lesser of chance you’ll be getting to be unbanned.
