The only reason I get banned is because I play on zoe's room where im not allowed to play but i'm just want to play with my friends that time and again I acknowledge that as a mistake but I think thats not enough reason for me to get Computer and HDban, however I already make an apology letter to him and send here in forum I think 2weeks ago, and still im not get unbanned.

i think thats not enough reason to ban me thats too shallow.

Regarding this! It's my personal computer, and also I don't have maphack, but I have bypass software and as you said I already remove it effective today. So I hope you can ban me maam/sir. Thank you!

Tell the cybercafé owner to contact us stating that they will remove all MH and bypass software from the cybercafé's computers; otherwise, Global will not unban the cybercafé.
