Estimado equipo de soporte de RGC,

Espero que se encuentren bien. Me comunico con ustedes para presentar una apelación respecto al baneo de mi cuenta y la eliminación de mis registros de rooms. A continuación, les detallo los hechos con el fin de aclarar cualquier malentendido y solicitar la reconsideración de mi sanción.

En primer lugar, fui baneado por una supuesta venta de mi cuenta. Quiero aclarar que nunca fue mi intención venderla. Mi cuenta fue prestada temporalmente a un amigo cercano, quien cometió el error de hacer comentarios sobre la posible venta, algo que yo no autorizo ni respaldé en ningún momento. Lamento profundamente este malentendido y quiero subrayar que en ningún momento tuve la intención de violar las reglas del juego. Aprecio mucho la comunidad de RGC y mi tiempo en el juego, especialmente por el rol que desempeñaba.

Cabe destacar que, como parte del equipo de soporte de rooms importantes y también como parte del Support Staff, siempre me he comprometido con la mejora de la experiencia de los jugadores y con el cumplimiento de las normas del servidor. He trabajado arduamente para mantener el ambiente de juego en RGC lo más amigable y justo posible, y mi intención nunca fue hacer algo que pudiera perjudicar a la comunidad ni a las personas con las que interactúo.

Por otro lado, me ha sorprendido mucho la eliminación de mis registros de rooms sin ninguna justificación. Estos registros representan un trabajo y esfuerzo que he dedicado durante mi tiempo en el juego, y me gustaría saber la razón detrás de esta acción. No tengo conocimiento de haber violado ninguna norma relacionada con mis rooms, por lo que me gustaría solicitar una revisión detallada de este aspecto.

Por todo lo anterior, me gustaría solicitar amablemente que revisen mi caso, tomando en cuenta que este incidente fue un malentendido y que mi intención nunca fue la de vender mi cuenta ni afectar a la comunidad. Estoy dispuesto a colaborar en lo que sea necesario para aclarar esta situación y asegurarme de cumplir con las reglas de manera más estricta en el futuro.

Agradezco mucho su comprensión y apoyo en este asunto, y espero que reconsideren tanto el baneo de mi cuenta como la eliminación de mis registros. Quedo atento a su respuesta.
