I would like to respectfully request an unban from the Asia Public server.

During the game, my hotkey suddenly stopped working, and I was unable to control my character properly. Shortly afterward, the game unexpectedly quit/disconnected, which may have appeared suspicious. This was not intentional, and I did not violate any server rules.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and kindly ask you to review my case. I enjoy playing on the server and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue playing there.
