unban request for false afk auto kick 3 weeks ago

this is what ive got for my account … if u check the replay i wasnt even afk just got a message that ¬"ive been afk" in the middle of a fight … got kicked then 2 mins later autoban,,, idk if this needs to be adjusted a bit but i wasnt afk at all if someone can kindly remove it and see whats wrong with this autoban would be nice Thanks!!
