Sorry to post this here but my thread is closed as an admin said it is solved. But still it is locked. Is there like a time period that i have to wait after you say it is solved? I am new to this platform first time i made an account here and it seems that this issue which is common is meant to discourage new users. It should not close the thread saying solved if after 8 hours still is not
