hello i just received a message saying my account has been unlocked but upon logging in it still says i am still banned please help

i just registered a new account to try this RGC but unfortunately it says that i do not have access to any channels  because i logged in from different OS other than windows when in fact i am using windows 11 right now lol how to fix this
