MatchMaking System / Unban Request

Dear Sir 

I am getting a below message and stating that Account got locked even though i havent played a single game.

[ERROR] You do not have access to that channel.

Request you to please unban and let us know the way forward. Additionally , I cant able download the map in Map dowloader. It is showing download in progress only for 4-5 hours
