Reason of appeal: Good day. I would like to respectfully appeal my ban in Dota 1.

During the game, I informed my teammates that I needed to step away for a short time due to an emergency. Before leaving, I shared my hero and clearly told them that I would return soon and asked them not to kick me. Unfortunately, while I was away, I was kicked from the game.

I did not intend to abandon the match, and my absence was not intentional. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that it will not happen again.

I kindly ask for your understanding and consideration in reviewing my case and lifting the ban.
