After I login still found that the text message  and cannot join lobby channel
“ You ware banned. [Reason ::] You can appeal your ban on the forums @ www.rankedgaming.com”

I think you banned  IP or Hardware ?  I don't know why happen this matter. 
before playing at RGC, I moving from TCG (Thailand) to RGC because thai sever closed down 
on a friend's recommendation. 
Which he help remote for install RGC and regidster for my ID. 
I confirm have played without any problems and never used any other programs. 
( Use Hotkey Only).  I used my own skills when playing long time ( Can check status playing)

Notes ; After inquiring with the Thai administration, they explained that I am associated with ID “ xssu ”
with whom I used to play on the same team, but I was never involved in or aware of anything related to them.
And I have always played honestly and only use the ID GiGGoG on mysalf computer.

please re-consier my case , If I'm innocent, hope admin team unban me.
