this guy now kicked a player in mid game in (EU) Public -ap

He used !kick 4 at minute 23:19and the player BrumbleBazZ is then marked as leaver. He was not antigaming as u can see the ingame chat and his score was good. I randomly found out by watching his recent game and i am sure he has done this before as well by kicking enemy player to win! This is totally abuse of power but sadly no one can revoke his admin!
 

i saw his previous games and he seems to be freely kicking people in public rooms without any reason.

Reason of Appeal : As you can see in the admin panel link it was already a 3v5 game (2 people were just feeders) and my teammates were dying like flies being ganked by them all the time. giving this situation i had a choice to die with them or use that time to farm so we may have a chance late game. Also i have the highest assist in team and the least number of deaths + 3 kills. Giving this situation i suggest you watch replay and then make decision because what he wrote that i was afk farming etc is just all lies.

what happened: I joined this game and went in the kitchen for a moment. when i came back after 30 sec i was about to type ready but this guy used !kick command in a public room. when i told him in rgc chat that this is not allowed he told me to kill myself and suck a dick as you can see in screenshot. i didnt expect such childish behaviour from an admin!
