Good day. I would like to request for an unban on my account. I was recently banned because I suddenly disconnected from the game, but it was completely accidental.

I pressed Alt + Shift + Q + Q by mistake while playing Dota 1, since my blademail is on the “Q” hotkey. I did not intend to leave the game, and it was an honest error. I have always tried to play fairly and respect the rules, and this won’t happen again.
