The problem might be your internet service provider. You need to switch networks.
Your IP address is currently showing a US nationality.
Here in Bolivia, we have servers from the Tigo, Entel, and other networks. For example, when I connect to Tigo, I get a Brazilian IP address. But when I connect to Entel, my IP address correctly shows up as Bolivian. That could be the problem. Try a different network provider in your country.
By trying a different network provider, your IP address will appear as your country's IP address.
