My situation:  Hello! I didn’t come here to complain, just to understand the reason why I received a communication ban. As can be seen, the person who is swearing in chat and provoking is this player, NdamuKonG, who still hasn’t learned that Dota is played whether you win or lose a match. I believe I did not ruin the game, and that this decision to give me a communication ban is far too harsh for what happened.

Regardless of the fact that this person has a rank on this platform, I don’t think it’s acceptable for such things to happen just because he wants me to no longer be able to play this game here. I’ve been a member here for so many years, and for something so minor, I consider this decision completely unfair.

I kindly ask that measures be taken in this regard so that I can continue playing. There are other players at a much lower level who still have access to this platform, and I believe I did not ruin the game in any way or with any intention. I would have understood if I had received a 2–3 day ban—it wouldn’t have been a problem at all—but it seems to me that this has gone too far.

• Share staff's exact time stamps when this user start to wrecked your Game (Game time or elapsed time) : he came to mid at min 5 and starting to steal my creeps.  Min 10-11 he started to feed, like he dont care anymore about the game.  Min 17 he started buying sentries and using them in the same place. Min 20 he started using the wards in the same place on the river and many more until the end.
