Reason for Appeal:  

I am writing to appeal the ban imposed on my account for unintentional game ruin. I did not engage in feeding or leave the game deliberately. This was my first time playing as Broodmother, and my lack of familiarity with the hero contributed to the unintended disruption. 

As a random hero selection, I found myself in an unfamiliar position, which led to difficulties in effectively contributing to the game. It was never my intention to ruin the gameplay experience for others.

I sincerely apologise for any negative impact my actions may have caused. I kindly request the reconsideration of my ban, as I will strive to improve my gameplay and contribute positively to future matches.

Reason for Appeal: I purchased four wards without knowing it was considered bug abuse for this hero (Furion). 

I am truly sorry for my mistake, and I ask for your forgiveness and the chance to make amends. I will never repeat this mistake and will abide by all the rules and regulations of the game. 

I apologise for any inconvenience or disruption that my actions may have caused. I hope that you find it in your heart to forgive me and lift the ban.
