Hello RGC Support Team, 

I am writing to appeal the ban placed on my account regarding RGID: 234227094. I was surprised to receive this notification as I strive to follow all community guidelines and fair play rules. To my knowledge, I did not commit any violations during this session. It is possible there was a misunderstanding of my actions in-game, or perhaps a technical issue that appeared suspicious.

Also, I use “ Exit Lag” (vpn-like) sofware to improve my ping because I'm from Philippines and am playing on Thialand server.

I value being part of this gaming community and would appreciate it if a moderator could review the logs or the replay for this specific game. If there was a specific incident that led to this, I would appreciate a clarification so I can ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your time and for reviewing my case.
