To submit a leaver post you can use a game log or replay.

How To Upload a Replay?

First, you need to save the replay after the end of the game or enable auto-save replay after the match in a game setting.

Once you open the parser, click +replay and upload it by selecting the correct replay_

After you open the replay wait until the process is complete after that get/copy the link from here and paste it into the request format_
