This player spams necrolyte and gameruins with refresher bug. I told him I will report him and get him banned in game 2 chat. But he said in Mongolian language that he can get easily unbanned and laughs at me (please read his toxic chat). Serious punishment for this bug abuser and ‘maybe bypasser’  player. Thank you
