4. Reason Of Appeal :- Firstly I would like to apologise to admin team and team players with me. I never quit the game and never do intentionally disconnect the game since I have been playing first. There are two problems in my country. The first one is electricity problem. The electricity cuts off several time in a day. The second one is internet problem. Sometimes internet connection is very bad. So I always check my ping rate before every game. If ping is too high, I never play. At this day, when I was playing the game, the electricity suddenly cuts off in 2 minutes of the game. So my internet also cuts off and my laptop also shut down due to battery problem. I accepted this time ban. I don't request for unban me. But I would like to explain admin team that I never quit the game and I am facing this problem about electricity and internet.

4. Reason Of Appeal :- I have been banned by client . I don't understand this. I am a new player and I picked unfamiliar hero ‘Pudge’ in last game. I summit that I was too low and weak in this game. I could not play well in this game. But I tried my best with unfamiliar hero. I didn't leave the game. I didn't talk spamming word. I didn't do intentionally feed. Other my team players told me I am weak in this game. I summit that I am weak in this game. We lost in this game. After the game, I have client banned. I don't understand that  'a player can't play well in one game '  is banned by client. Although I am a new player, I still learn and play well. Can I have unbanned request for this condition.
