I dropped 2 games in a row today because they are fixing my network.

In addition to the post above, I've checked the games that were played in the last 2-3 days. I've noticed that no matter what the % to win is the winner gets 20 points and loser 20. 

It is becoming a shit festival, guys. If the reason behind this is 1500$, you should know that there are couple of us out there who can break a coin and put 10K$ out there if we feel like it. Like we did numerous times in the past.

This goes under suggestion. But this is a bug. Intentinal, yes. Still, a bug.

Sentinel is 98% favored to win the game, Scourge 2%. Logic says, that Sentinel will lose this matchup 1 in 50. For that reason, point distrubution is supposed to be equal to the chances of winning, thus, considering that when the game starts 100 base points are given and the winner gets his share, while loser is left without his share. Following this line of thought, when the game ends Sentinel should get 2 points and Scourge should have lost 2 points. If the Scourge have won, Scourge should have won 98 points and Sentinel should have lost that amount.

However, when this game ended, Sentinel was rewarded 20 points per player while Scourge lost 20 points per player. 

I hope that you are smart enough to understand why this is bad for both types. Having imbalanced games is one thing but having imbalanced reward system is another. Fix the reward system and align it with % to win and you will fix every single problem that currently plagues matchmaking. Yes, the game will remain imbalanced, and they should, but those who enter the battle with 2% to win should lose 2% when they lose and not 10 times that while the winning side is rewarded 10 times more than they should be rewarded. This single mistake generates “loss of true representation of value” by 100 times alone. It is massive.

Fixed it. Went through ‘Solved’  section and saw that on this link  you can download the latest version which was from today, 20th April https://www.mediafire.com/file/309yqxth7dq2zcr/RGC.zip/file (Updated)

Was all fine earlier today. Downloaded version from 19.04.2023, joined, played couple of games, went offline, tried to come back and I get the good old “You are using old version, get new version at …”
Reinstalled RGC, same message appears when I hit login button.

Any clues on how to deal with this?

Also I wish to add something to this report. This player is using new accounts all the time. This account has barely 50 games on and I checked the chat because they are speaking my language and there is a line where he is literally offering one of his accounts to his buddy in case he needs it.

At 16:30, I notice that he made a refresher and I tell him in all chat that he will be banned if he doesnt sell it. Ofc, he doesnt sell it and continues to abuse the bug having fun with his buddy comma.ai.a in chat. Sitting in our fountain killing everyone etc.

Lack of evidence? There are timestamps and a clear direction where and when to look at. By simply opening up the replay you will see that OS|Killua was clicking on en enemy hero without having vision on him and that he was showing his items. This is not lack of evidence. This is the evidence.

On a side note, everyone should be disturbed that a player with 6000 games is playing on a platform with a cheat and that nobody was able to realize that for years. Also, with all that has been said in this context, if correctly filling a format will make you open a replay and look into it then I will gladly repost the same data in a ‘correct’ manner.

In the meantime however, he will continue to play with his cheat destroying time of dozens of players. So, now when I think about it, I don't care. I did my part bringing this in front of everyone. What you will do about it and how you will approach it, what will be more important for you etc will speak only about you. My job here is done.
