Any senior admins please take a look at this post. I have reported twice but Admin Mine seems like a newbiee don't even know how to take action against spell abuse. 

Following acts are considered as gameruin :

• Using spells to annoy your teammates, including but not limited to Toss, Decrepify, Test of Faith, Recall, etc

Ban duration will increase from 5 to 30days such as :

• 1st offense :- 5days ban
• 2nd offense :- 10days ban
• 3rd offense:- 15days ban
• 4th (or more) offense:- 30days ban

Also i just checked with Jackpro555 and he also confirmed that person who abused spell should get 5 days ban. Since his not Asia admins he cant take action in this section. Can any senior admins please take action on this.
