Hello everyone! :)

I have a strange problem with using a Match Making system.

When I click "Sign" the whole client freeze and after few seconds the error message on the client chat says [ERROR] Warcraft III is already running, please kill it via TaskManager.

But thats not true because the WC3 didnt appear in Task Manager at all. The only program that running is RGC client itself.

If anyone know how to fix that … please help.

RGC cant start because MSVCP120.dll is missing.

The error comes after changing the operating system of my PC.

I search in google and I found that I dont have a C++ 

The problem is that I dont know which version I need to install.
