Dear Admin,

somehow i got banned yesterday for bypass. Its a wrong accusation i did not bypass. i have 2 accounts that i mostly use. and also some old accounts since im on RGC since almost 2015 maybe even longer. i even had a break of a few years and i picked up the games in my free time again. my account that i use are benzofury and Horsefighter.  yesterday i got banned by an admin and he said you are bypassing. i am not banned on my accounts that i use. i dont have any software on my pc that can do a bypass. i feel really bad becouse i was just enjoying my free time on rgc. im not even using s vpn. it would be really nice if you would unban me and im really wondering how this is possible that i get accused for bypassing while im 100% not bypassing. you can see my accounts and see that im playing only with horsefighter and benzofury. otherwise there might be a hacker or something couse i didnt do it. would be very nice if some of the admins could explain me how this is happening. thanks in advance

also the accounts that you say that i am are still playing the game.  for me its not possible to play couse i can't log in. it says my computer is banned. im an old player since 2015 is my oldest account. would be really sad to end it like this.

u really got the wrong guy i dont know how this is even possible. i have seen the game logs im sure this is a guy from peru.. if you see my game logs of my accounts its from netherlands. im from europe. i never play in peru room aswell. i dont know a reason why i should bypas. i was not banned on any of my accounts wherr i play on. also i dont have time to play at the times on the accounts you showed me. i never even seen this account names..

you said i bypass. i strictly play on my own accounts. Horsefighter and benzofury. i even have my skins only on this account. if i see the gamelogs there are games on the same time as i am playing.. i dont know how you think im those accounts. its even on times when im aleep. im from the Netherlands i work every weekday from 07:00 till 16:00. i dont use a VPN and i dont use a bypass. check the gamelogs  please. if u need more proof i can send it yo you..

I just played a few games last night. when i finished my game i saw that im banned.  i think you might confused me with someone else.  Im really wondering where you based it on.  that i am a bypasser. why would i even use a bypass if i wasnt even banned.

I dont even have this software on my PC. im playing dota sometimes for fun in te evening. i dont even bother ppl. my other account is Horsefighter where i play on. i have no idea why i even get banned for something i didnt do.

hi there i got banned for AFK.
i had some internet issues this game.. i fixed it now. i wont afk again. i almost never got banned and i play good games. you can check my games list. i also dont understand why i get reported.. we won that game... i just had some problem and after i fix i play again.. hope you can unban me i have been banned from saturday already.
