Dear RGC Administrators,

I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize and request an unban for my computer.

I have been a dedicated fan of Dota for nearly 20 years. Some time ago, my account was banned. During the waiting period, out of frustration and a lack of judgment, I used a crack software to try and unban my account. Since then, I have been unable to access RGC on my computer with the error message: "bypass this now."

I fully realize now that using such software was a serious mistake that violated the community's rules. I deeply regret my actions and I am truly sorry for the trouble I have caused.

As a long-time player, I miss the competitive environment on RGC dearly. I promise that if I am given a second chance, I will strictly follow all rules and never use any third-party software again.

Please consider unbanning my hardware so that I can return to playing Dota on my own computer. Thank you very much for your time and for considering my appeal.
