Based on what I saw in the replay, Lina was not fully aware of the enemy's position. He still got ganked by other heroes and was killed.

Although you provided a screenshot showing that he had a Map Hack (MH) tool, that alone does not automatically justify a ban. The screenshot only proves that the tool existed; it does not prove that he used it to know the exact position of enemies or gain an unfair advantage during the game. More evidence is needed to support the accusation.

He should also be given the opportunity to explain why he had the tool and what its purpose was. Above all, the Global Admins will make the final decision regarding this report.

That is my opinion on this matter.
