Reason Of Appeal : Due to my ISP technical problem in our area I can't tell when will it happen sometimes my connection will get high and fast resolved back to low ping again but when the game started and my connection drop the game will drop aswell. Me and my friends are playing at the time so I am sure that its not intentional because my friends are waiting for me. I apologize if It happend on rgc staff who we are playing with.

Hi, the day i got banned we got a seasonal thunderstorm here so my ISP is a little bit unstable sometimes I dc sometimes connection will resolve faster than usual.
I got a game and accepted the match. I never run even thou the people on the other side is tour champions more experience for me so that's a plus bonus.

Please urban or reduce the time for being ban in ASIA public as I make this game for my stress reliever.
