    #7.1    All custom paid global will have access to !host their own private games and manage it.

    #7.2    Private games with a host name similar to public signed games like [(Asia) Public #1 - ap] or offensive host names are not allowed.

    #7.3    Custom globals can manage their own (hosted by themselves) private games using !swap / !kick / !open / !mode etc....

✔ Rules for the global(S) that have access to use commands in public signed hosts:

    #7.4    !swap command can be used for 3 times.

    #7.5    !open command can be used only for specific reasons such as:

  1- AFKer (no !ready at least for 2 minutes passed from lobby time) for direct voting to kick

  2 - high ping / very low point / scored player

  3- spammer (who spams the lobby chat)

    #7.6    !kick command only for massive spammer (first use !open) or flamer just in case he rejoined the host to repeat his action after being !opened.

 !kicked users won't be able to rejoin the host / lobby!

    #7.7    !latency x can be used in-game only if the users in-game won't be delayed and it improves all users in-game game play, else it shall not be used.

    #7.8    !rmk can be used only with having a sufficient reason (afker / leaver / feeder / ruiner .... in-game)

• If firstblood has not been made yet, Game will be remade with 3 votes, after Firstblood game will be remade with 7 votes. else VIP can use !rmk if there is sufficient reason. (better to save game replay for any protest / report's answer that !rmk is valid)

    #7.9    !start force / !start command is only allowed for 5v5 games at public channels. (in which the team captain is the owner of host)
