Hello,

I received a timeban for "gameruin" until 11/05/2026.

I want to clarify that I never leave games intentionally. I always stay until the end and try to play as best as I can.

I believe this might be a mistake or caused by a disconnect that I did not notice.

A 1-month ban feels extremely long and unfair in my case.

Can you please review my situation and possibly reduce or remove the ban?
