Can someone help me understand the RGC rules? it seems they are not applying for all of us, when I did ruined a games I was baned for 30 days, but it seems when 1 from your “group” makes all time this things they are not banned.

Today 20.04.2024 I saw SUMIDER playing with us..nice, probably he was undbaned after 30 minuts. 
Can someone give some light on the situation?

Description: he was playing STRY but after 15th minute he suddenly decided to start spoiling the game, he wrote “all in woods” all taking his farm"…and sold all his items and stayed in base, not first time he's doing this and he remakes all time if he doesn't have a easy game.
