Hello It means the connection between your internet and RGC server is somehow having interferences

There are some things you can do :

1.  Use VPNs it might stop the interference.
2.  Try restarting whole wifi connection
3. Open CMD.exe  in your PC (run as administrator)

 and set those commands :

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/registerdns
nbtstat -rr
netsh int ip reset all
netsh winsock reset

Then restart pc and check if its solved
