This SNOW is so incompetent. 

After doing a mistake an banning he closes my thread and asks me to repost a new one here instead of fixing his mistake. 

You give people some authority and they abuse it thinking they became important decision makers. No wonder people are leaving RGC with this level of service.

I've been banned twice for the same mistake (leaving game because my ping was 2000+ and I couldn't play). 

The first time was from 21 until 26 May and then I played a couple of games on 26/27 May.

Hello, 

I'm banned till 16:15 today (26 May 2020). Is it possible to unban <2 hours in advance so I can play a couple of games today? 

It was also for an unstable connection. Please help :)
