The answer I was given by KingFisher; 

Ofcourse intentional stealing of allies nc stack is not allowed (depending on the game scenario).

• Regarding the unban chances, you do not have to be bothered.
• Unban chances are limited for every users and they are reset every year.
• Every possibilities has been made for the users so that they can enjoy gaming in the platform.

I just don't get it,  KingFisher please clarify what kind of game scenario allows player to steal farm? It is not allowed yet it is allowed for certain scenario? This rule is too vague to understand, please elaborate. MNSTAFF first said If someone intentionally sabotages someone and negatively impacts the game, action will be taken against that person. If the action is a significant contribution to the game and leads the team to victory, it cannot be banned.

So I asked, is it allowed to farm steal as long as you have big contribution to the game and won it? 

Then he said The 25th minute means that anyone on the team can farm, because the game is already in the middle.
I want to know if 25th minute mark is where we are allowed to farm steal? 

PLEASE ELABORATE. Mogul_Passion was spared because he won the game right? So if the same game scenario, where a player is carry have many kills, he is now then allowed to FARMSTEAL? 

I'm here again because this new added rule is not making any sense to me. It is not allowed but allowed for certain scenario?

Explain Your Situation Along With Valid Proofs: - I've reported a player called Mogul_Passion for Spoiling (Farm stealing multiple times) please check this forum link https://board.rankedgaming.com/topic/1780190 . The request has been denied by Tsunade, saying it was not serious enough offence to get banned from. However RGC GLOBAL RULE says otherwise https://prnt.sc/ysL_O37BsIJG Disturbing allies farming on purpose was a bannable offence. If you check replay or just the gamelogs, I ask Mogul and warned him he will get reported for farm stealing, however he continued to ignore what I said and kept on farm stealing throughout the game, hence I had reported him.  
   
   Apparently his reason was that he is Carry and needed farm, however regardless if you are carry or not, disturbing allies farming is still a bannable offence according to the Global Rule. And so, I've gone to support room, and asked for help. HL MNSTAFF and provided context on what happen, however no fix was provided and my ban request was still denied until today. 
   AnonymousRGC was kind enough to look into my issue, however no lod asia staff was online for about 24hrs now, that could answer or clarify this situation.

   Some support staff as you can see defend Mogul_Passion for what he did, and I ask again. 
   Does Lod Asia allow Farm stealing if you are Carry? :) If so
   How do you even define a Carry in LoD Asia? Number of KILLS? 
   
   Also, does LoD Asia now provide Unlimited CHANCE for unban? Because this person received 14th+ chance :)

Timestamps & Explanation: midori~ Steal aegis, used lightning bolt to steal aegis, and gave me dust so I can't pick up aegis. Did not help kill Roshan at all, just lightning bolt and stealed it from Carry. He died easily with it, and after I clashed with enemy 3 enemy died and I died because of no aegis, chance to finish or mega creeps prolongng the game, ruining my gameplay. And the fact that you have disregarded all the other staff of LoD Asia who disagree with Tata, just shows you are being biased on this case. 

Not to mention you have also disregarded the one game of Tata Rage quitting, who will ban him?  Oh right he is a minion of C at the first place who can touch him? :3 

If you think it is fair to put the grapple in forbidden list then why not ban it to all the other LoD Room? You agrees right? Even Vordik and ResQ voted it to ban the spell

Just gonna paste this here, https://prnt.sc/rw044u Isn't it unfair that LoD Asia has this ban because one of your developer team banned it? Why not ban it to all other rooms just as you mentioned? This doesn't make sense.

Vordik even said there shouldn't be anymore forbidden spells in the Map as they are already banning the skill, rather removing the skill itself on the map if they deemed it overpowered or they would make it buggy and can't pick the combo itself. You are the only one who agrees to ban the skill grapple you know? All the other staff and old players protesting for your abuse of power. 

Not gonna say anymore of this still waiting for other global to answer.
