Strenght: Sven for sure. Farmed sven is amazing, unless you can put him out of fight with atro ult, rex ult, naga ult, etc. 

But you forgot to put Alchemist to vote for, he should be much stronger cause if you farm well you will be full items min 30 and you can almost fight alone vs 5 or go push fast rax when your team fights

 

 

Agility: Naga Siren. Farmed naga can overact thro enemy combos with his ult and with illus she pushes alot. Naga > Phantom Lancer cause fucks illus of Pl with ult. You also here forgot to put terror blade to vote but i still think naga > Tb.

 

Intelligence: Tinker. You can push every lane solo and with right items you can dominate the teamfights - much dmg and perma disable, the team should do the rest.

Here we come again what you missed - the obsidian destroyer. Best int carry in the game, he can solo 5 heroes with good farm and right items.

Btw i talked about lategame. But every hero is depended on what are your enemy and your ally heroes. And if you want to own early or mid or lategame.

All in all the power of each hero changes from map to map, so the question is even hard to answer at all^^ but good to see some discussion here, unless some retardss try to be funny by using staff acc names as hero names.
