Could you please give me a reason that why you have banned me?

I was just having conversation with Snow that EU room is laggy in the evening from Germany and he just told me to change the country. 

And I told to Snow that he needs to take the feedback from players not to insult them. That was the conversation and I got banned from you without the reason.

I apologize if I have offended the VIP s or admins, but isn't it too harsh?
