  4. Reason Of Appeal : Dear RGC Team, 
    I was previously unbanned, so I’m really confused as to why I’ve been banned again for the same error reason as last time. I haven’t done anything wrong this time and no longer have any use of  mh or bypass software. I’ve simply been playing normally and following the rules. After my previous ban, I completely removed and deleted the software from my computer and cleared it from the trash bin as well. Since then, I have not used any mh or bypass software and made sure not to risk getting banned again.  Kingfisher admin responded to my earlier unban request and Kingfisher did not detect any bans on my account. I’ve been playing normally and abiding by the rules, so I’m genuinely confused about this ban. Could you please review my case ? If this is a misunderstanding or an error, I would greatly appreciate it being looked into. I just want to continue playing without any further issues.
