Reason for Ban : DC

My Data crashed when game started, ping 1k +, I cannot switch to Wi-Fi because of issue with RGC sg server it doesnt let me join or reconnect sg server games at all, im totally blocked, but Data was crashed that time, i tried many times to reset and recon back but it didnt work. Finally I got drop, this disconnect issue isn't resolved yet and is same, I reinstalled Windows and set new drivers but problem is with ISP and Rgc sg server. But I will try to be more careful from now.
