4. REASON FOR APPEAL : From bans 1st to 4th , I kept crashing, and I managed to fix the issue. (I didn't report and accept it , while fixing the issue on Windows 11 and Nvidia for compatibility.) After fixing it, I played over 30 games without any issues and was hoping the penalty would reset from 0 .And today, the power went out twice in a row. Even though I had played 35 games after the 4th ban, the penalty continued to 5.

Can I be unbanned? And my penalty will be reset to 0. If my stats are reset too, I'm fine.
Since the crash issue has been resolved, I want to play more games without any issues.
