I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request a review of my recent ban from the game and I believe I have been mistakenly auto-banned despite not violating any of the game’s rules.

I take fair play seriously and always strive to follow the community guidelines. However, I’ve been repeatedly kicked or banned automatically, and I am unsure why this is happening. I kindly ask you to check my game history and logs for any possible misunderstanding or technical issue that may have triggered these bans.

If there is something I may have done unknowingly that triggered the system, I would sincerely appreciate guidance so I can avoid it in the future. Otherwise, I believe this may be a false positive or a system error, and I am hoping for a resolution so I can return to enjoying the game fairly with the community.
