reason: he has been using some sort of bug with tiny's toss by tossing anyonemuch further than possible, since beginning of the match as well, giving them advantage on lane and in fights, which is quite unfair

theres no estimated time for that action, he has been doing it since beginning till the end

reason: he bought refresher as necro and used the bug of activating ghost shroud twice in a row granting him extra permanent mana/hp regen which is unfair for the enemy team as they were hardly able to kill him, he completed purchasing refresher at minute 12.30

reason: the guy kept trolling the legion commander since first couple of minutes of the game, and then started buying wards and use them in natural creeps spawns, and kept on ruining the game for us only, does nothing but that
